sponsor's permission? As per proposed Kuwaiti labour law can by paying KD 200 can I transfer my visa without sponsor's permission?
I am a graduate dgree and have been working in my present organisation for the past 4years. I want to move out to another company. I have heard that new regulations are coming in place in which I can pay KD 200 and transfer my residence to another company without my sponsor's consent. Can you please clarify?
