As our country is just about in a recession it seems the sports world is flourishing. We don't have money for gas but we sure have plenty of money for overpriced overvalued sporting events. We all complain about a $4.00 gallon of gas but will sure shell out $7.50 for a 16oz alcoholic beverage. Next year their will be new stadiums being opened in Dallas and New York (Jersey) costing an estimated $2.8 billion combined. If we can afford flat screens, surround sound, and direct television, we are not in recession but progression.
