He stopped her health insurance (ordered in court to keep) about 5 years ago, and makes very good money and spends it on himself (lives a very expensive lifestyle) and I make $5,000 to $10,000 a year compared to his dentist salary (???--$300,000---???). He will be able to afford an attorney, but I cannot, do you think it will be a problem for me in court representing myself, if not, any advise? Can I subpoena his financial records? What else should I know before filing papers (in California)?
He hardly ever sees his daughter, I have her 99% of the time, although he can have her anytime, and he canceled her health insurance 5 years ago, when it was court ordered. He makes tons of money compared to me and I think he is due for a "wake up" call, what should I do to represent myself in court, since I cannot afford an attorney? I live in California.
