as i bent down i got a sharp pain and heard a crack from my left knee, i didn't fall i wasn't bending the knee joint in a unusual way. but ever since that crack it has been painful to bend down on or bend i can walk and put weight through it but only as long as it stays straight'ish.
Any help to what this is and if it will heal by itself would be much appreciated. thanks
