as gentle as cetaphil but cleans better?

I've been using cetaphil face wash for a few months now and I really like how gentle and non-drying it is. However, I have noticed that it doesnt clean my skin really well. After washing my face I use an astringent and a toner, and after using them I notice there is still make up coming off on the cotton ball. I don't wear that much make up either! Does anyone know of a face wash that's gentle, won't make me break out, and cleans really well?

I absolutely love dove bar soap. I use the white one. I don't get breakouts from it. I have oily, sensitive skin and this one is good!
