...pond... or the guppy in the ocean? I'm currently trying to pick out where I want to go for graduate studies. I've done excellent while working on my bachelors and have a strong enough portfolio to (I feel) get into where I want.
That being said, would it be better to go to a school where I could be at the top (like University of Wyoming, in the area of my family) or would it be best to go to a prestigious university (I was thinking of University of Liverpool, or NYU)?
I do plan on going further with a Ph.D after this, so... is it best to stand out in a smaller college, or be one of many from a prestigious university?
