As a young woman, what vitamins should I be taking daily as part of healthy lifestyle?

I don't want to take a multi-vitamin because I'll be taking 1200mg of calcium with vitamin d and I don't want to over do it on the vitamins... what else should I be taking to help with weight loss?

A multi with calcium would be fine. Calcium in excess amounts is fine. The only vitamins you should avoid overdoing (more than 120% a day of %DV) are A,D, E, and K, as these are fat soluble instead of water soluble. You will store the excess and this could lead to toxicity. If you have very heave periods you may want to consider iron supplements but not if you have normal periods.

None.

If you're a normal American woman, there is NO need for ANY vitamin supplements.

Unless you have a documented deficiency, all vitamins do is make for nutrient rich urine.
