As a woman, what are the tricks at staying and keeping a job for more than 5 years?

I just seem to have trouble getting established and feeling comfortable anywhere I start working. there always seems to be little cliques, smugness, people you just end up hating, you can barely look at them nevermind being in the same room as them.

How to deal with people you just hate, that are total bitches, how to have a strong enough character to stay a t a job where you hate the people? What are your tricks? Share please. Im about to lose it. lol
