can i use my valid credentials (of being a student at an academic institution) to visit the educational resources/facilities of other local universities ? namely their libraries ?
i.e i'm at a top London university but I'd like to visit 2 or 3 other universitys locally if time permits - just wish to view/read the journals, academic material within their libraries.
Is this possible or do i need permission from these edcuational establishments, as well as my own beforehand ?
