As a fashion designer, which computer I should buy?

iI am a fashion designer. I am planning to buy a computer. I usually work with adobe illustrater, coral draw, adobe photoshop and other graphic design software usually my design files are vey heavy and big. I want to buy Apple. But can anyone advise me on this. Which one would be better apple or microsoft. Also whether I should buy desktop or laptop. Somehow Laptops are so senstive would they be able to save heavy files even if memory is more then enough. But laptops are convienient can be carried easily and can work anywhere. Please help. Thanks
