I feel SA is miles ahead of England; what do you think?
Edit: Mrjinx, did I mention anywhere in the q India is No 1??? Well...on second thought, I don't have to mention that always, do I?
Edit: Mrjinx, Just for New Years' sake, admit India is No 1..at least once.
Edit: I do admit India played a lot in the sub continent: what pains me is the observation from some quarters they were fixed. While you blame BCCI for all evils you are casting aspirations on all cricket boards including CA, that are supposedly towing BCCI's lines. Out of the record sequence of 16 wins by Aus under Steve Waugh 12 were in Australia:Ii didn't hear any complaints then. Anyway, thanx for giving India some credit
Edit: I didn't say you felt that way, and that's the only reason i am discussing this with you. When Aus were No 1, 90% of Indians wholeheartedly accepted it and praised Waugh & Co without putting forth any arguments. The Waugh brothers, Warne, Hayden and even Slater were treated in India at par with our cricketers, but unfortunately .......well, Happy New Year.
