artificial disc replacement vs. laser surgery

I've had one fusion ( c4/c5 ) and now I to go back for additinal fusions. I refuse to do so. I have been told that I am a good candidate for multi level artificial disc replacement ( Germany ) and I have also been told that laser surgery ( LSI ) is the answer. Which procedure is best? How or where can I get an unbiased opinion?
 
Please be careful!!! In most cases ADR causes problems, especially when implemented in more than 1 level. Most of people with ADR finish in pain and multi-level fusion procedure!!!
