It's a good article, but there's quite a few discrepancies. Claiming a background service is a "foreground service" because it uses a notification in the tray?

Good find. The number of times I've had to bang on about exactly this on the forum is unbelievable, and how Task Killers for Android are not as good as people think as they're too stuck in the Windows mindset.
