Im looking for real advice, I don't need anyones opinions, just facts.
Im being charged with possession of that new fake marijuana know as "spice", under Article 92 (disobeying a lawful order).
My question is does the punishment really fit the crime? This is my first offense of any kind,military or civilian, and the substance is legal to civilians. There was a "memo" put out about military personnel not being aloud to have it.
I just want advice on if there is actually a possibility this could stand up in a court martial. Will they really push such punishment on a first time offender, and for a thing like "spice"?
