Has anyone had the arthroscopic surgery yet??? I am very interested in anything anyone can tell me about it.
I have DDD, osteoarthritis, annular tears, bone spurs ----in my lower back --- it is affecting 4 disks right now.
I have been suffering with this pain for over 6 years. It just continues to get worse. My first MRI showed 2 disks were bad, then 3, and then 4.
I am on heavy duty pain meRAB. I was not thinking too much about surgery, before the arthroscopic came about. My mother in law had the reg. surgery many years ago and is still in a great deal of pain. The surgeons I spoke with said they would not do surgery on anyone with more than 2 or 3 bad disks.
But this pain -----even with all these meRAB -------it is rough. I have researched the arthroscopic surgery but have not read anything about the nuraber of disks they will do.
