Art Supplies List for Drawing?

My step-sister's birthday is in 2 weeks and I want to buy her some art supplies because all she has is a sketchbook and a #2 pencil but she loves to draw, I want to give her special pencils and erasers and such. Can anyone tell me the names of the art supplies...are they any good set I can buy?
