Art supplies for my little cousin?

My little cousin's birthday is coming up and she really likes to draw. What are some basic art supplies i can buy for her? I was thinking sketchbook, some charcol pencils, and maybe some colored pencils.
 
I paint and draw everyday, and not to brag, but I am a very good artist! If your little cousin is just starting, you should get her some basic art supplies such as sketch pencils, and a sketch book. Make sure to not give her anything messy like charcol pencils or pastels!
