art store?? art supplies? where to go?

so here we are again...

I need to go to art store so i can by some art supplies i need for my AP art class. But I've never been to one so I'm not sure which one is better.
is there anyone who knows which store has the better supplies and prices from this list i have here. please help. Thank you. :)

1. Dick Blick
2. Binders
3. Utrecht
4. Pearl Paint
 
I usually only get my supplies from dick blick. Their store brand stuff is of more or less good quality and affordable. I'd check out dickblick website so you can see their selection. How ever, I have been disappointed with some of the items I bought there. But the store is too far away for me to look at the items in person.
