Art Schools in Seattle? Near Seattle?

I want to do Professional Photography (specifcally commercial photography)
What are the best schools in the Seattle area for this?

I have also been thinking about Vancouver, Canada, so I know I'd have to get a visa for that.
Any good schools there?

I would just like some info from people who know their stuff ;)
