art question please help ??? pleasee nobody answerd my last question?

do you have to have an Art qualification to run a social art club just to make abit of extra money and to keep kids off the streets and out of trouble. at the same time get something out of it by having a little experience in drawing painting ect.

sounds like a good idea to me,no idea how you would go about it,maybe ask the local schools art departments or approach your council for some advice,the council may have funding available for projects like yours the schools (or if you have a uni or college near) may help with the running/teaching of it,bout all i can think of,hope it works for you
