art project ideas for special ed class?

Im an aide in a Special Ed class. They are mildly special ed. Just slow. There is a kid in the the class with CP and is blind in one eye and partially blind in the other. There is also two autistic kids. What would be some good art projects where they would be learning something too not just doing art? Its a 6th and 7th grade class. Are there any good sites with art project ideas?
