I have to do an assignment for art class where I have to make some form of art (poem, sculpture, drawing..etc) and we have to be able to defend it as art. For exaple, one year a guy did a creation and referenced to "pop art" and he had used pop cans.
Basically, I have to make something and "prove" that my creation is art and convince my teacher.(I can prove it by by researching stuff done by artists in the past and referencing to it) Do you guys have any ideas on what I can do for my assignment and maybe some information(or quotes) as to why it's considered art.
BTW this is a SIMPLE assignment. Our teacher isn't expecting anything that took more than a few days.
