Arrows keys scroll while playing Flash games. How do I make that stop?

I have a Toshiba laptop. When I play some flash games (Flash 10), the up and down arrow keys scroll the screen.

Before you think me stupid or unknowledgeable, I HAVE clicked inside the game.

Here are the things I've ALREADY tried:
F7
fn INS (Scroll Lock)
Clicking inside the game.
Caret browsing in general
Caret browsing with various tweaks
DO NOT WANT TO RESIZE THE SCREEN
Do not want to try a different browser

There are no settings for me work with. It IS NOT a problem with the game websites. It's something specific to Internet Explorer.
Too cute, Price. I STILL WANT TO PLAY FLASH GAMES.
 
Easiest way to get rid of this problem is to stop playing flash games. Then your keys can scroll all they want without being interrupted by the game.
