Last night my friend was with some friends who tore up stopsigns, and were generally being hooligans. The cops detained just my friend, searched him, got his name, and then let him walk home. I'm unfamiliar with the laws here in Canada. The cop mentioned mischief to him, but didn't take him in or fingerprint him or photograph him.
Are they going to call back or come back to him and charge him with what happened?
