...will happen? This past saturday i hit a parked car and had beer in the car. the police were behind me i panicked and started running.
The police caught me i was charged with drunk driving (open container) in car invading arrest and disorderly conduct.
I was in a holding cell from saturday night till sunday.
The police released me sunday but issued me a summons.
What will happen now?
 
well i dont know where you live so i cant say i know what exactly will happen to you but in general, if you get charged for a dui then youll have to pay a large fine, do community service, and take aa classes along with having your license suspended until you complete your aa classes.

A DUI charge is a misdemeanor and a first time offense usually results in a stiff fine, usually around the $500 mark.

Running from the cops, sometimes referred to as Evading Arrest or Eluding Police, is also a misdemeanor and also carries stiff fines, up to a grand.

Disorderly Conduct, another misdemeanor and usually fines range about $250 to $500.

Each of these offense also carries jail time but no more than a year.

You should get yourself a lawyer specializing in traffic offenses. You could be looking at thousands of dollars in fines and even some jail time.
