Since spring is here and it was warming up, me and some friends decided to go out and have some fun. We was walking down the mall and we started dancing to some music that my friend turned up in his car. We danced for a while and then this cop pulled up and then started asking us questions and then cuffed me and charged me with disorderly conduct. I asked the officer at the station what I did wrong he pointed out that I used "offensive gestures" while dancing according to witnesses.
I asked him what gestures, he told me I was "dry humping" in my dancing. I was not dry humping at all, I was imitating a locomotive in the dance. Any way I can fight this please? I live in Texas.
