I was arrested in retaliation for my investigation to clear an innocent young man of attempted rape charges. My investigation uncovered that the Police and the accuser had pretty much made up the whole thing and that the young man was with out a doubt 200 percent innocent.
After I was made to believe that I was being called as a witness, and I voluntarily handed over evidence to help exonerate this young man. The Prosecutor and court did not use the evidence, but quickly convicted this young man , with no credible evidence against him, in order to avoid being sued by his family.
Then 2 months later, I open my door, to 7 Sheriffs and am arrested and charged with Attempted Forcible Rape, and False Personation. On the arrest warrant, was the name Alphonzo Williams, and my name, Alphonzo Williams was not involved in this case, The arrest warrant charges read Attempted Forcible Rape, and then out to the side Accessory after the fact that was written in pencil, with False Personation When I went to court these charges, were totally ignored, but then changed to Witness Intimidation and Retaliation. This was because I spoke to the victim and her conspirator via the telephone. During our conversations no threats were made, to either of these women. They both by their own free will incriminated themselves, by their own statements to me. They both were aware that they had been found out. However, under the coaching of the Police and the Prosecutor, both got up on the witness stand and perjured themselves. Even though they were best friends and lived next to each other, they both denied knowing each other, in order to cover up the reason for the young man being fallsely accused, in order to pay him back for being involved in a fight with one of the women's sons.
I question the validity of the arrest warrant, because of the Detective that swore under oath that he had probable cause to arrest me. However, how could any Judge sign off on a warrant were there was no probable cause or evidence that I committed the crime of Attempted Forcible Rape, I was booked under those charges, and those charges were posted on the Jail Internet Site with my face and name. Very embarrassing to say the least. You input would be greatly appreciated.
