I'm 28 years olds, and up until recently I've always been cold natured. I'd always have a heated blanket on my bed and throws on my couch because I would always be cold. Here over the past year I'd say, that has changed. I'm always hot. Even so right now it's 70 degrees in my house and I'm sweating. I also experience these moments of sudden heat... my back gets extremely hot and I sweat really bad. The moment passes after a couple of minutes and I'm fine. It's just really weird. I sometimes get hot like that at night while sleeping. I now have to keep a fan blowing on me all the time. Are these hot flashes?
