Around how much would it cost to powdercoat my rims?

Professionally? It's a 1997 thunderbird. Is it less than getting them spray painted? I thought about spray painting them myself but realized over time it would start to look cheap and crappy.
Also, who am I supposed to contact to get this done?
I want a high quality job done. To improve it's appreance. It looks good but I want it to look amazing.
