So my brother is a US soldier and is in Iraq serving our wonderful country and his wife is on base in Hawaii living it up spending all of his money and sleeping with a Navy guy. I need advice from other soldiers or anyone that knows what if anything can I do? Is there anyone I can contact that could help him out?
