Army vs. Air Force for MP?

I am currently attending college in my second year, going for a degree in Criminal Justice. I recently started looking into the Air Force and Army ROTC programs available to me. I want to join one of these as an officer and go into MP work. I was looking into Special Investigations Officer and Security Forces Officer for the Air Force.

My question is, which of these would be better suited for a woman. Which offers a better chance of getting a career in law enforcement in the civilian world after I get out of the military? Overall... how do the two compare?

Air Force hands down In the Army as an MP you wont deal with stuff like that CID deals with all that for the Army
