I'm enlisting in the army reserve and well as participating in ROTC. however, my college can only verify I'm enrolled for the semester, and not year round which i will be doing. I planned to have my basic pushed back until May so i could finish my freshmen year in one go.
I have no signed any contracts as of yet. My recruiter says we will just get another letter before end of first semester near 2nd semester to verify my enrollment and push back for may. Will i get screwed on this and end up shipped off to basic 2nd semester or is this doable?

Well, like i said, I will be doing SMP program sophomore year, im not contracted rotc this year, my question is,
my basic will be pushed back first semester for sure due to proof of enrollment from registrar, however i cannot get proof of 2nd semester until that time, my question is will the army most likely accept another letter from registrar, my recruiter says it wont be a problem, but this aspect is only aspect that far as i can tell will not be in writing.
IM well aware of rotc program and smp program, i wont be SMP or contracted ROTC until next year (sophomore year) by which time i will have completed basic.
