ARMY Recruiters I have a question?

im trying to get in the army i have two charges in my past
1 - Joyriding - expunged, no costs had to be paid
2 Attempted AG Burg - Dismissed after completed probation. But it says felony on paper
So even though it was dismissed and i was not convicted for that felony is it still going to work against me on my waiver
 
don't join stay very far away from the military I have enough criminals to fight alongside me we don't need another.
