Army Plus Program (Military Question)?

I was an Army Wife for 5 years, and currently I am going through a divorce. I would like to join the military ASAP but to my understanding I would need a GED, which I don't currently have. So I have two (2) questions for you...

1) What are the age requirements to join the Army Plus Program? and 2)How long after joining can I go active duty?
