I joined the army and signed contract. Now my recruiter is having me do some future soldier things and is trying get me an AKO account so I can do the future soldier test online and get promoted to E2 before basic training but he said the computer is not letting him make me one and hes not sure why. What could be the problem? Does it mean I can't get promoted?
