Army National Guard Training?

ok here it is, i've started the enlistment process about a week ago and already filled out the paperwork and just waiting for a few things so my recruiter is gonna take me to MEPS tomorrow and just take the ASVAB so when everything else is done, it will be alot quicker since we are still waiting for some of my transcripts from the Philippines.

btw im joining the US Army National Guard here in Texas.

I am 5'10'' 19yrs old(20 in july), 235 pounds(extremely overweight) about 30.6 body fat%
barely made it cuz my recruiter said 32% is the maximum for enlisting.

I can do 20 proper push ups
30 situps
my running however i dont know cuz when i ran before i didnt bring any timer or knew how far i was going, just ran till i fell off my feet, around the neighborhood.

IT HAS BEEN A LIFELONG DREAM TO BE A SOLDIER and i want to make the best of it and dont want to destroy it bcuz of my fatness!

NOW, can you guys give me some tips how to get through this, exercise?esp pushups and situps improvement routines.

can some of you guys share some stories or experiences, whose been in my shoes and wen't through this like "fat" at first, and went to BCT like that and made it through.

p.s. never been so pumped up and motivated in my entire life before.
btw my arms start hurting and abdomen after doing pushups and situps, thighs start hurting after running also. it happens all the time, i want to work out more but it wont let me move it too much.

is it because i have not done exercises in a long time? it sucks!
