Army medical records background check?

Military officer going back into military - prescribed adderall last few years but functioned perfectly before it. Not diagnosed add or adhd, but helped control weight so stuck with it. Found out it is a disqualifier for military and have stopped taking it and want to know if they will run civilian background medical records check at physical.
I just stopped taking it a few weeks ago (when I found out it was a disqualifier). I plan to not disclose the use. Big can of worms and don't want to wait a year.
I resigned commission. Did my time, but going back in-want to do active and retire.
 
Definately no background check for something of this nature. Even if MEPS or someone from the Department of the Army got your doc on the phone he is bound my doctor-patient privilege.
