Army LES Finance Question?!?

On my LES I have a debt payment that says : "pay and allow debt(DQ03) debt balance $$$$. Whats is the code DQ03? I tried calling our finance office and no one there seemed to know. HELP!!
I just got promoted to SGT. on the 15th of June.
 
sounds to me like they may have givin you an overpayment somewhere and now they are takin it back..did you check your ako for an email. they will usually send you an email about this
 
I would submit a pay inquiry or try to check with DFAS.

Sounds like you got overpaid at one point or other. Did you recently have a change in status of some sort?

Usually the LES towards the bottom will explain it more.
Did you recently come back from a deployment?
