Hi, my wife and I are dual service, and one of us is going to get discharged because we can't come up with a family care plan for our daughter that is going to be born. I'm an orphan and she doesn't have family that can take care of her. I received a Company grade Article 15 about 6 or 7 months ago, and I have read that you can get a general discharge instead of an honorable discharge if you've been UCMJ'd. I got demoted to E-3 14/14 and I'm still under the same COC.
