Army eye surgery (special forces)?

I am 15 years old and near sighted meaning i cannot read faraway signs. it is correctable and i heard that army pays for eye surgery; i want to be in special forces airborne so my question is which is better lasik or prk eye surgery and how do i get on the list and when can i get on
