Hey, Im in the process of enlisting into the army and my criminal back ground is clean as an a adult but as a minor i have a Battery Charge for getting into a fist fight in highschool my freshmen year the kid teased me all year and it was the result of what happened, and also when i was 17 i got a atempt to purchase alchohol which was a infraction and wasnt much, but the battery is what im worried about its a misdameanor and i really want to get into the army. well It disqualify me? if so would i be able to get a waiver? thanks 
alright thanks guys for the info i feel alot better now haha yeah im actually already in the enlistment process i took the asvab today and scored a 51, im just trying to get my medical records now, and when was it when u got into the millitary with all those charges?
