I am a civil engineer and I'm thinking of applying to an entry level position to the great lakes region and would love a position in Chicago. However my grades are well....not that great, I did graduate but my GPA is below a 2.5 and I was wondering if it is even worth it to apply, anyone have any idea if they will hire someone with a mediocre GPA??
