Army and paraphenlia charge and waiver?

So asvab 46.... pyshical passed..... two drug tests both passed....my recruiter says they ar enot awccepting ppl with drug charges..... i was a minor and it was not possession or trafficking it was just for a aluminum one hitter....i was 16 now 18...my recruiter keep stalkign about a waiver but aint doing it??? what should i do???..... i droppe dout of college for the army and now it sound slike i dont stand a chance???? but yet my brother can get an underage while he was already an adult but go tin with no prob;ems????
help please??? any pother recruiters out their willign to help me and actually do their fuckign job
 
Your Recruiter doesn't do the waiver he just submits the package. You will probably never meet the person making the decision.

It is surprising you were in college and even passed the ASVAB with the way your write.

Don't blame others for your screw ups. The Recruiter fing job is to find qualified applicants to enlist into the Military, not waste time and resources on unqualified applicants.
