It's about time I get back my lost motivation and start working out again. I'm planning on going into emt and fire classes soon and let's face it, it's hard to do that line of work without any strength. My normal small, every-other day routine is to use my two 10lbs weights to do 3 sets of curls, dips, lunges, and squats. Sometimes I throw in about 25-30 pushups and situps, depending on my soreness level. Any suggestions on a workout schedule and efficient excercises I should focus on?
