debate!? my side--- Since state taxation is the main factor behind the in-state and out of state tuition rates, the United States Government should take the percentage of taxes that go to fund each of these public state colleges/universities and distribute the taxes evenly between all of them and charge one flat tuition rate. This way prospective college students are not limited to just attending the schools within the state they live in. ---

I need to know the other (or main) argument for this debate! PLEASE HELP! Thanks to all that do!
 
Bigger, more attended schools should get the most money because they have more students.
Different schools should have different tuition rates, because some are more prestigious.
I hope these help if they even make sense.
