No clue where to put this for obvious reasons so here goes.

I have this pain sort of between my right shoulder blade and spine, it only happens with movements of my arm or back. Its not a constant pain its REALLY sharp kinda stinging but feels like burning.

What is this?

I didn't strain my back or anything. It happend randomly.
 
There's a couple of things that can cause random upper back pains, you'll need to see a doc for a diagnosis.

A pinched nerve, in the shoulder or referred nerve pain from your neck. Bursitis in the shoulder, osteoarthritis, poor posture (like sitting at a desk all day) or overuse of your arms at work or sports, could be a rhomboid muscle spasm.

See your family doc or just go straight to an orthopedist.
