...life? RE: abortion? People love saying: "Abortion should be allowed is a girl gets raped!...because it's unfair that the girl got raped"...

But aren't the circumstances of the fertilization irrelevant to its status as a human life?

Biologically, consider two separate women at the same tim. One got raped. One had consensual sex with her husband. Regardless of the circumstances, the egg and sperm fertilized in the same way...so why should the circumstances of fertilization matter?

What is the OPPOSITE OF the means justify the end?
