1st of all, i live in southern california and my friend's cell # is an area code from manhattan NY. i understand thats roaming right? do all out of state area codes mean ur pretty much gunna be charged a crap load? NOW, i know verizon has free weekend minutes n after 9:01 pm.. does any1 know if that includes out of state people that DO NOT have the same phone company? cuz i know verizon to verizon is always free nationwide. but what about in my case?
