Especially considering that the Fairness Doctrine would have put a stop to it, but was shot down a recently by the neocons themselves after Pelosi discussed bringing it back.

Is it any surprise to anyone that the NY Times has a liberal bias or ABC, NBC, or CBS?

Neocons have been whining about these media outlets for years, so they got Fox News, Rush, O'Reilly, and Hannity and all I still hear is whining over the bias.

BTW: I am a Republican and tired of the neocon whiners in the party.
kathy_is_a_nurse: That is a false argument. The Doctrine could be changed/altered to include news broadcasts and/or print media as well.

I was fairly young when Reagan got rid of the Fairness Doctrine, but I seem to recall the news being much more politically balanced than it is now.
