Are you thinking of buying a Toyota or Honda?

Well, Think again. The reason people are buying Toyota's and Honda's is because in the late 80's early 90's American car companies apparently didnt build quality cars like foreign car companies did. This is why consumer report and other car magazines rank foreign cars better. Soo long story short, The first negative rumor someone hears about American cars they instantly go buy a foreign car. I have always owned American cars and have never had and problems with them even after 150,000 miles of heavy use. My family also owns American cars and they are very pleased with them. My Point Being, DONT Listen To The First Thing You Hear. And Stop Living In The Past, It's Time To Start Buying American Again!
You people are so brain washed it makes me sick.

I own a 1961 Chevy Impala with 300,000 miles on it and it still runs perfect, But i guess its still unreliable right?? just because its not made in japan??
The Big 3 arnt loyal to me??
No, I think its more like you're not loyal to your country.

I just laugh at how dumb you foreign car owners are. all brain washed in your little japanese box's on wheels.

The consumer report ranked some Japanese cars better than American cars because the Japanese cars give you better value for the same amount of money, and this is because for every American car sold, over $1,200 has to go to pension and medical insurance for retirees most of whom have far outlived life expectancy the plan originally estimated. Out of each Japanese car, maybe $50 goes to employees pension. U.S. workers also get higher pay rate. Now that the US car companies have reorganized after bankruptcy, let's hope they come up with more competitive cars.
